Dr. Krishna Pandey is a distinguished business executive and thought leader with more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience across healthcare, education, infrastructure, hospitality, IT, agribusiness, and international trade. He holds advanced academic qualifications including an MBA and a PhD focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and is recognized for his strategic leadership and ability to build and scale cross-border enterprises. In the healthcare and medical tourism sector, Dr. Pandey has played a pioneering role in positioning Nepal as an emerging global destination for medical travel. He serves as Chairman of the Nepal Medical Tourism Organization and the Explore Productive Chamber of Commerce, where he continues to drive international partnerships and investment facilitation. He has been instrumental in advancing the Medical Tourism Asia Summit Series in Nepal since 2018 and has contributed significantly to the global “Doing Business in Nepal” initiative. He is also the founder of Air Ambulance Nepal, the country’s first air ambulance service, providing critical medical evacuation services internationally. In education and professional development, he is the founding Chairman of the National Institute of Financial Technology in Kathmandu, a prominent institution dedicated to advancing finance, technology, and management education. He maintains active professional affiliations with leading financial organizations, including the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

With an Advanced Master’s in Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies, he brings expertise in culture, community engagement, destination promotion, and sustainable tourism. An international traveler and cultural enthusiast, he is passionate about creating meaningful journeys that connect visitors with Nepal’s living traditions, breathtaking natural landscapes, vibrant communities, and wellness heritage. Through strategic storytelling and responsible tourism practices, he works to position Nepal as a destination where travel becomes a pathway to cultural understanding, personal enrichment, and positive local impact. He oversees, the outreach of World Business Tour in Europe.
